Milan lights up at night!

The lively “Milan by Night” can be pleasing to everyone, since it suggests activities, performances, trendy places and scenarios of every type and for every taste.

Milan sees among its protagonists the exuberant and artistic Brera, neighbourhood, the pictoresque canals (Navigli)San Lorenzo Columns, Corso Como (where you will possibly find some VIPs), and the Porta Ticinesearea.

Corso Como  is one of the first pedestrian areas of Milanese nightlife and is located at less than 3 km from the Eco-Hotel La Residenza. Here you may find some of the most famous discotheques of Milan attended by top models, soccer players, showmen and TV. Continuing to the north, you reach the Sempione area, near Sempione Park and the Arch of Peace, a gathering point for youth which love to enjoy a beer outdoor in the Summer evenings. In Winter, the places of Sempione area are mostly attended by yuppies, managers and professionals. Among the most famous and trendy places: The Old Fashion Café and the exclusive Gattopardo Café.

The Brera area is a relevant meeting point, not only for artists.

The Navigli area, a pictoresque and romantic neighbourhood, thanks to the pedestrian area, offers numerous opportunities of activity starting from aperitif. At weekends the area is full of markets and exhibitions, while, in the evening, many artists and musicians perform in the street or in bars.

The Columns of San Lorenzo are one of the most famous meeting points in Milan among the youth who love to spend the night with a beer in hand, sitting on the ground or talking outside one of the cafes located between Piazza Vetra and Via Molino delle Armi.

Down south the Porta Romana area, you will find more peaceful places, with classic rock, ambient and 80′s style music.

In the eastern area of Milan, between Città Studi, Piazzale Piola and Lambrate, you can drink excellent beers in the clubs suitable for a heterogeneous public.

Towards the suburbs, near Linate Airport, you will find the Idroscalo, the sea of MIlan where in Summer many outdoor discotheques open.

Milan is also famous for the cabaret (which reached its peak in the 60′s, when the Nebbia Club and the Derby Club were established).
