What is the prepayment policy on my reservation?
Prepayment policy vary according to room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room on our booking form.
Do I need to give my credit card to make an online reservation?
Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations. Note that your credit card details are required for guarantee only and you will not be charged until your check out, except for Not Refudable bookings. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. We would like to clarify that this is not an advanced payment, but only a pre-authorisation. On check-out, you might use the pre-authorised amount to pay for your stay at our hotel. Should you choose a different method of payment (cash or other card), your bank will automatically unlock the amount. The time of the unlocking (15 – 40 days) will depend on your bank and is beyond our direct control. LoW Cost/Not Refundable/No Money Back Rate: Please note if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
When I cancel a reservation, is the pre-authorization amount reales at the same time?
In the event of cancellation of a booking prior to the hotel's notice period, pre-authorisations will be released automatically in 30 days. If you need to releas it at cancellation time, please ask the recption.

Is there a Tourist Tax in Milan which is charged per person per night?
Yes there is a Tourist Tax not included in your room rate: € 4.00 Tourist Tax per person per night. The tax is in force from September 1st, 2012 and applies to each visitor with fixed rates. The tourist tax, introduced by the City Council with Resolution n. 19 of June 11th, 2012, applies to all non-city residents staying at hotels and at all other accommodation facilities within Milan.
What is check-in time?
Guaranteed check-in time is 2 pm. If you arrive earlier we can store your luggage in our back office at any time and free of charge. We have minimum age restrictions and requirements. We require you to be 18 years old to be able to check-in to a room. If you are under 18 years old our hotel need a parental consent and at least one adult present is needed.

What is the check-out time?
Please vacate your room by 11am on your departure day. A late check-out is subject to availability and request (extra charge).
Is parking available at the hotel?
The EcoHotel La Residenza owns a parking service. Parking spaces are on request with limited availability, reservation is needed. We charge € 15.00 per night per car. We charge € 8.00 per night per moto.
Why do La Residenza EcoHotel asks gusest to leave the car-key at the reception?
We require you to leave your car keys at the reception desk: at times we may need to move vehicles during your stay for safety reasons in the event of accidental situations, for example, fire. At times we may need to move vehicles during your stay, also in order of maximizing parking spaces.
Does the organic breakfast include any gluten-free options?
Yes, our organic breakfast includes some gluten-free options. Gluten-free products symbolized by the crossed out wheat ear and dedicated to people with celiac disease include bread, corn and rice crackers, cereals, patties, dairy-free angel food cake … Please place your "gluten-free breakfast" request when booking.
Does the EcoHotel La Residenza provide a baby crib?
Cribs are available upon request. It is our pleasure to provide baby cribs at an additional fee (10 € per crib per night). Please place your "baby crib" request when booking.
What is the pet policy at the EcoHotel La Residenza?
Your four-legged companion is welcome in our hotel. Please indicate the dates of stay and calculate a supplement of euro 5 per day. Please note, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room due to legislative reasons. Our Staff will be glad to welcome you and your four-legged companion at the BiologicBar or in our Terrace where you can enjoy our rich organic breakfast buffet.
What is the MinibarPackage?
Please note we have a Minibar Package. If you are interested in purchasing it please ask the reception desk. Taste the biological prosecco in your room. The “minibar” package includes: 1 bottle of biological prosecco 1 bottle of natural water 1 bottle of sparkling water 1 can of orange limonade 1 can of Coca-Cola € 5
May I use the Minibar for the storage of medicines?
Our staff will keep your medicines safe in a common area equipped with fridge. Please note that in Italy it is against the law to bring medicines into the minibar fridge.
Are your rooms provided with a bidet?
Some rooms are not provided with a bidet. We hope that is not going to be an issue. If you need a bidet please specify your preference in your reservation.

Is it possible to pre book a private taxi through your reception desk?
Yes, it is possible to arrange a taxi.

The taxi booking rate is approximately 12 euro.

- If you wish to book a taxi without a pre-booking, please speak to the Reception Desk.
Please note it should take about 5 minutes to 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

Do guest rooms have in-room ironing facility?
Please note ironing is not allowed in the rooms.

May I receive external telephone calls in my hotel room?
Dear Guest, please note if someone calls, for guest privacy reasons, we are not able to give out any personal information, including whether or not someone is staying with us, therefore our guests can not receive telephone calls in their rooms, messages, visits or receive postal packages. To receive an external call or messages, visits, receive postal packages please refer to the Front Desk Team to follow the privacy procedure. Our Concierge will be more than pleased to ask your signature on the privacy release form so that you will be able to receive telephone calls in your rooms, messages, visits or postal packages.
May I receive postal packages during my stay with you?
Dear Guest, please note for guest privacy reasons, we are not able to give out any personal information, including whether or not someone is staying with us, therefore our guests can not receive postal packages. To receive postal packages, visits, external call or messages, please refer to the Front Desk Team to follow the privacy procedure. Our Concierge will be more than pleased to ask your signature on the privacy release form so that you will be able to receive postal packages, telephone calls in your rooms, messages or visits.
